Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient healing art, the roots of which can be traced back to Buddhist times in India.

It is a traditional body treatment which combines smooth pressure on the muscles and the invisible energy lines running through the body and passive stretching for improved body alignment.

Each session, which usually has a duration of at least 90 minutes, covers the entire body unlocking the accumulated tensions, removing stress and providing a deep sense of relaxation.

Thai massage is a wonderful combination of energy and physical exercise for the body and mind.
