I love leading Prenatal Yoga classes; being part of this magical journey of pregnancy by helping my students prepare for a relaxed labour and birth and witnessing the amazing connection with their baby!
The practice of Prenatal Yoga is adjusted for each specific trimester of pregnancy and includes breathing techniques, body postures, meditation and deep relaxation.
Prenatal Yoga builds stamina and strength, creates balance and releases tensions in the body, helps to build up confidence for the time of labour and calms the nervous system.
